If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities will not be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of payment. A reconnection fee will be added to your account before service is restored.
If you have your bill paid with ACH, please know that the money should be in your account atleast 3 days prior. Due to unforseen circumstances that may impact the effective date of processing.
Utility Billing office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.
To report an issue to Public Works after hours, please call 304-626-4900.
